The Instant Noodle Breakfast Pizza 方便麵披薩餅 can be a fun and tasty breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or snack.  I like adding an egg when I eat instant noodles so that I feel less guilty eating them. They are one of my guilty pleasures and Spam too! Both of which I put on this pizza!  Is it bad to call them my comfort foods?  Oh well, I'm not perfect, but this instant noodle pizza is pretty close to perfect!

In this recipe, I use the Mi Goreng instant noodles for my base.  These noodles by themselves are already super tasty, but you crisp it up, add an egg, luncheon meat and cheese….it brings it to a whole new level!! You can use any dry instant noodle, but it’s going to be difficult to find another one as yummy as the Mi Goreng. (if you have food allergies, make sure you read the ingredients on the noodle package)

There are no rules and no limits in this pizza recipe. You don’t have to add the egg. You can use pepperoni, bacon and any other meat you have at home.  Or make it vegetarian. Same goes for the cheese.  I always have a few recipes that can help me clear some of the leftovers in my fridge. This recipe is one of them.  In my fridge, there’s usually some sort of cheese, cold cuts, wieners or bacon.  Sometimes, I’d have a few pieces of pineapple leftover from making sweet and sour pork, so I'd make a Hawaiian instant noodle pizza.  You can also spread some tomato sauce on top of the noodles for a more authentic pizza experience.

Make this easy Instant Noodle Breakfast Pizza 方便麵披薩餅 for your kids or even as an appetizer when you entertain, your family and friends will surely be impressed!

Super fun dish! My kids loved it! I didn’t have the same flavor noodles, so I just used the chicken flavor ones I had and it worked great. I also tried this another time and used corned beef since I didn’t have any lunch meat. So versatile and fun to eat!

Thanks Tammy! It’s great to hear that the kids loved it! My son is quite the fan of this too. Corned beef is a great idea, especially with instant noodles... it’s one of my must have meals when I visit Hong Kong. Happy Cooking!
