- 1 packet Indomie Mi Goreng
- 1 Egg
- 45 g Luncheon meat , cut into small cubes
- 30 g Mozzarella cheese , shredded
- 1/2 stalk Green onions , chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
Follow the instructions on the Mi Goreng package. Then set aside
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan using medium heat
Put prepared Mi Goreng noodles into the pan, spread it out to approx. 6” (15.5 cm) diameter and make a hole in the centre of the noodles for the egg
Crack the egg and place the raw egg into the centre hole Some of the egg white will go on top of the noodles
Quickly sprinkle the cheese and then the luncheon meat onto the noodles. Turn the heat to medium-high and cover the pan with a lid
Let it cook for approx. 5 minutes. Pizza is done when the bottom is crispy, the egg whites are cooked and the cheese is melted
Sprinkle with green onions and sliced chilis. Cut into quarters
