Hi Everyone!

I’m Auntie Emily.  Follow me and I’ll show you how to make delicious mouthwatering food that’ll have your friends & family begging for more!  My detailed step by step recipes & tips will be your road to success!

You’ll be surprised by the results even if you’re a newbie in the kitchen.  My recipes consists of authentic Chinese, Asian and fusion dishes….you’re surely to find something that appeals to you!

I’m not a professional chef or cook so I understand what the challenges of being a home cook are.  Though I’m not a chef, my family seems to think they’re all food critics!  Yes, I have facilitated this, but it’s how I started to make really awesome food!

You’ll find that my dishes are very family-oriented.  They’re simple and basic but not lacking in taste.  I believe in minimal ingredients without sacrificing texture or taste.

Texture is extremely important in my style of cooking.  I find nothing more excruciating than having to eat dry, over-cooked chicken!  Since my parents are from Hong Kong, my style of cooking is influenced by Cantonese cuisine.
