Snowy Mooncake Black Sesame and Red Bean Paste 黑芝麻紅豆蓉
This is a super easy filling for Snowy Mooncakes. I use store-bought red bean paste which I find very sweet. Adding black sesame powder and some butter adds really good aroma and cuts the sweetness.This recipe makes approx. 420g. You can make 21 Snowy Mooncakes 50g each; based on 25g skin, 5g yolk and 20g Black Sesame Red Bean Paste filling. If you want to make your mooncake a different size, adjust the ingredients accordingly.
