Auntie Emilys Kitchen-Garlic Noodles 1

Garlic Noodles 蒜蓉撈麵

If adding thin sliced beef, just blanche them and toss together with the noodles.
If adding Mentaiko (marinated pollock roe), just open up the membrane with the roe inside and mix the roe in with the sauce. It can usually be eaten raw but you may also cook it in the sauce for 1 to 2 minutes.
Just the sauce and some green onions already make it delicious!
Vegetables and eggs also go great with this. I cannot think of anything that you can’t put on this!
Shanghai noodles, egg noodles, pasta, udon will all work well for this recipe.
